New Applications

Community Connect will be a brand new solution with all new interfaces and workflows. The focus of all of the new applications is the customer.

Even though everything will be new doesn't mean we stop there. Each application will continue to grow and improve to meet the needs of your customers by offering new opportunities to grow and engage.

More Mobile

Given the use of smart phones and tablets, an all new CC Mobile application will be created to allow staff to interact with the customers on the floor rather than the counter. Let's meet them in their space, not ours.

Robust Communication

This will include additional Text and Emails to your customers for reminders, up-sells, complet checkouts, facility notifications. It will also include a new “To-Do” feature throughout the CC solution to create tasks to ensure customer needs are met.

Easier Purchases

Customers will be able to make purchases using the credit cards, punch cards or gift cards they have associated with their account. No need to carry your wallet with you. Customers can even define a credit card or gift card for a child to make purchases via their account.

Moving to the Cloud

This allows for a single production, beta and alpha site that all territories share. This would reduce deployment delays and add redundancy to ensure up-time.

Micro-Updates

Large initiatives will continue to deploy every 3-6 months, but smaller "micro-updates" to fix any issues and make smaller changes would happen every month, week or even days.

Training & Support

Devnext would ensure that all users have an understanding of the Community Connect solution. This would be done via training sessions as well as help and knowledge base built into the solutions.
